Check Seesaw for daily activities.

Attend your class’s Zoom session, if possible.

 

 

WEEK OF DECEMBER 21-23

THIRD GRADE:  Figurative language in Christmas stories and songs.  Making Words

SECOND GRADE:  Review of short vowels in a Christmas game.  Oral reading of Russell’s Christmas

Progress monitoring of oral reading fluency.

 

 

 

WEEK OF DECEMBER 14-18   Remote students check Seesaw and Clever messages for assignments

THIRD GRADE: Working on  figurative language (idioms, similes, metaphors and personification).    Making Words  and Read Naturally

SECOND GRADE:  Making Words with short a and short i sounds and word sorts.  Read Live and Word Warm Ups.

Sight words and fluency drills.

  • NUSS, MCCABE, and BROUGHT:  Reading and writing words with  the letters c, o, a, d, g, m, l, h ,t, i, j, k ,p, ch, u, b, r, f, n, e, s, sh, th, w, wh, y, v, x, z, th, and qu.

WEEK OF NOVEMBER 2-6  ** one snow day and 2 remote days due to covid.  General assignment of reading were given.
