What is Odyssey of the Mind?

• OM is an international, creative problem-solving program for students in Kindergarten through college.
• OM was founded in 1978 by Dr. Sam Micklus, Professor Emeritus at Glassboro State College in New Jersey.
• Today, hundreds of thousands of students, in all fifty states and over thirty countries, participate in the annual Odyssey of the Mind program.

The Wellsboro Area School District has a long standing tradition of successful teams in all divisions at the Regional, State and National level.

WASD competes in the North Central PA region, which includes all public school districts, as well as private schools, clubs and home-schooled students within Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga and Union counties.
