Child protective Services Law requires all school employees, contractors and volunteers having direct contact with children to obtain new clearances every five (5) years. This includes:

Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
a. Application may be completed online https://epatch.pa.gov/home.
FBI Fingerprinting- The fee is currently $26.50.
Registration - The applicant must register prior to going to the fingerprint site by visiting http://uenroll.identogo.com. Walk in service is allowed but all applicants are required to complete pre-enrollment in the Universal Enrollment system. Pre-enrollment can be completed online or over the phone. When registering, applicants must use the appropriate agency specific service code. The service code specific to Wellsboro Area School District is 1KG6S7
Act 126 - Mandated Reporter Training Certificate - Training is offered through the Pennsylvania Child Resource Center website:
www.reportabusepa.@pitt.edu. Once completed, you will receive proof of completion. This document of proof must be submitted to the school district.
