What to Do When Your Child Needs Medication

Please review the following documents prior to bringing medication into the school for your child.

Medication Administration Procedure

These are the forms that are required for each medication your child will be taking at school. Please keep in mind, over the counter medications STILL REQUIRE these forms.

If your child needs to self-carry their asthma inhaler or epi-pen for allergies, the following forms are required:

The following medications are considered “standing order medications” and only require one parent permission slip that must be filled out at the beginning of each school year and upon enrollment for new students. If you need a new permission slip for these medications, please click here.

Tylenol/Acetaminophen 325mg (chewable 160mg)
Motrin/Ibuprofen 200mg (chewable 100mg)
Benadryl/Diphenhydramine 25mg
TUMS chewable tablets
Throat lozenges/cough drops
