Dr. Brenda Freeman received a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Masters of Education from Mansfield University. She also obtained her principal K-12 certification and PhD. from Andrews University.
She has worked in the field of public education for the past 23 years, beginning in 1997 as an elementary school teacher in the Southern Tioga School District. She began her teaching career at Liberty Elementary School and then moved into school administration as the Director of Technology and later Director of Curriculum and Technology. She received her Superintendent Letter of Eligibility from CALU and served as the Superintendent of the Galeton Area School District prior to coming to the Wellsboro Area School District.
Dr. Freeman was proficient on the 2017 Superintendent Evaluation.
Dr. Freeman was proficient on the 2018 Superintendent Evaluation.
Dr. Freeman was proficient on the 2019 Superintendent Evaluation.
