Miss Farrer is a 4th Grade Teacher at the Don Gill Elementary School. She is from Mansfield, PA and attended Mansfield Junior/Senior High School. She earned her undergraduate Elementary and Special Education teaching degrees and Master’s in Education from Mansfield University. She also earned a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Lock Haven University.
