A little bit about me… I grew up in our lovely town of Wellsboro ever since I was adopted from South Korea at the age of six months. I would have to say I had the typical small-town life growing up which always involved socializing with people and children. My love of knowledge and teaching developed quickly throughout these years.
I adore spending time with my husband, son, daughter and two dogs. We are active outdoors hiking, boating and camping. You can find me at Penn State football games in the fall, on the slopes during winter and gardening in the spring.
I graduated from Wellsboro High School and earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Millersville University in the spring of 2008. During the 2008-2009 school year, I substitute taught in the three local districts. I stayed busy encountering new challenges each day, but was thankful for the realistic glimpse into such a valuable profession. This will be my 11th year teaching full-time and I look forward to sharing a successful year with your child as we continue to become life-long learners!
