Students at Gmeiner Art and Cultural Center STEAM trip

The Second Grade Team had a wonderful day at the Gmeiner Art & Cultural Center.

The students represented our STE“A”M program with pride, demonstrating the many skills they’ve learned throughout the year, including their new art techniques. It was a joy to discuss the significance of the Gmeiner Center and tour the facility with the students. The high school students also enjoyed working alongside our second graders on hands-on, three-dimensional recycled sculptures inspired by Artur Gmeiner’s works. This STEM Career Grant collaboration was a fantastic way to celebrate Gmeiner’s mission and to connect everyone to the story of the Art & Cultural Center.
