Welcome to the EITC scholarship program administered by Commonwealth Charitable Management. We look forward to working with you to provide these valuable scholarships to eligible students attending Wellsboro High School during the 2025-2026 school year. To be considered for a scholarship, students must reside in a Pennsylvania household with an adjusted gross income of less than $112,300 plus $19,700 for each dependent listed on the 2024 Federal 1040 tax return. Our donor, Seneca Resources Company has designated up to $2,000.00 in dual enrollment scholarship funding for Wellsboro High School students depending on the number of eligible applicants. Scholarship funding is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Please apply early. The deadline for applications to be submitted with all required documentation is September 15, 2025. Families must submit an application with required documentation online and have a valid email address. All correspondence will be done via email.
