We are pleased to share that we have launched a new online scholarship application system and updated website to streamline the process for schools and families. All applications and reviewer activity will now be managed through this new platform. Additional details are included below.
We look forward to partnering with you to provide valuable scholarship opportunities to eligible students attending your school during the 2026/2027 school year. These scholarships help cover tuition, fees, books and materials required for students to participate in Dual Enrollment programs.
Student Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, students must reside in a Pennsylvania household with an adjusted gross income of $116,000 or less, plus $20,400 for each dependent listed on the family’s 2025 Federal 1040 tax return.
Funding Information
Our donor, Seneca Resources Company, has designated up to $2,000.00 in scholarship funding for students attending Wellsboro High School.

Attached is a scholarship brochure to share with your families. The brochure outlines the application process and required documentation.
Please note:
Applications must be submitted online through the new system.
Families must have a valid email address, as all communication will be conducted electronically.
Funding is limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
The deadline to submit completed applications with all required documentation is September 30, 2026.
Should you not have enough eligible applications submitted by the deadline, unused funds will be re-allocated to another school.
If a family does not have a copy of their 2025 Federal 1040 tax return, they should contact our Administrator at applicant@commonwealthcharitable.org for guidance.
