The Wellsboro Area School District will be operating on a 2-hour delay today, Friday, November 22nd.
Mr. Reese was our special guest today. Mr. Reese has made this woodworking presentation for 30 years to our second graders following their integrated curriculum unit on The Ox Cart Man!
Second grade had an amazing visit from one of WASD retired teachers-Mrs. McCarthy! Mrs. McCarthy's quilt making presentation was part of the 2nd grade colonial days.

Congratulations to the Little Stingers’ Cheerleaders who recently competed in the NTYFL Cheer competition hosted at Wyalusing School District . The 3rd -4th grade B squad came home with a 4th place finish in the crowd cheer category. Please congratulate them on this accomplishment!
We welcomed veteran Captain Smith with the 10th Mountain Division of the Army. Captain Smith served from 2000-2004 with tours in Afghanistan and Bosnia. The students got to look at photos and hear stories about his time in the service. We thank you for your service, Captain Smith.
Mrs. Largey, the guidance counselor, gave a lesson to all the 4th grade classes on how using "toothpaste words" have lasting effects on people's heart!
There will be NO meetings tonight due to the State Volleyball Playoff Game. All meetings will occur next Tuesday, November 12th. The following schedule of meetings will be used:
